A large-scale Pre-University College designed by MOBSYS Architecture & Interior Design, built on a pile foundation system to ensure structural stability across challenging soil conditions. The building features a colonnaded entrance portico, structured fenestration for natural light, and a warm cream facade with teak-toned window frames. Spaces are organized for efficient student movement, housing classrooms, laboratories, administrative offices, and common areas across four floors.
